At The Atticco we take great pride in the quality of our products and customer satisfaction.

If you aren’t delighted with your purchase, you can return the product ((non-sale Items only) within 14 days of shipment.

Our policy lasts for 14days only if 14 days have gone by we would not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

All products must be in original packaging, not used and in saleable conditions. Provided these conditions are met, we will refund the full amount (not including shipping and handling charges, duties and taxes if applicable) back to your account within 15-20 working days. Gift cards are not returnable items.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and will exchange them for the same item. Please contact us if you need a replacement for a defective or damaged product.

Pop-Up Shops

All items sold in pop-up shops or exhibitions are not refundable.

Gifts

If you received an item that was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your item returned. Once the returned item is received, we will provide you with gift credit.

To complete a return:

• Please contact us at info@theatticco.com regarding your return (Include your order number and note the items you are returning and the reason for return). We will revert with a confirmation from our office regarding your return, please mail it to our office address.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and will provide you with instructions prior to sending items back. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Any item not in its original condition, is returned beyond 14 days after delivery, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is non-returnable.

The shipping cost of a returned item is at your expense. The Atticco is not responsible for shipping fees or lost return. We highly recommend that you use a method that allows you to track the package, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. Once we receive the item and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will process a refund.
